ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC) – A pre-trial hearing was slated this afternoon in Allegan County Circuit Court for Jonathan Colby, the 22-year-old Allegan man charged with open murder and first-degree child abuse in the death of his three-month-old son last December 3rd. The Allegan County Medical Examiner’s office determined that Jase Colby suffered a cracked skull and injuries consistent with strangulation and suffocation.
Jonathan Colby was bound over for trial last month after being found competent to stand trial.
