LANSING (WKZO) –It looks like voters in Michigan will get to decide whether Marijuana should be legal and available for recreational use on next fall’s ballot.
In fact they could have their choice of how they would like it implemented.
Three different groups with three slightly different agendas could give voters a choice of whether they also wanted to allow home grown weed, or what state services should be supported by the tax revenue from sales.
State Rep. Brandon Dillon says he thinks it will pass…
He says many of the fears about legalizing pot just have not happened in states that have already approved recreational marijuana.
Groups will have to collect signatures and fill out forms to get the questions on the ballot.
