LANSING, MI (WHTC) – The Snyder Administration and state legislative leaders have agreed on spending targets for the Fiscal 2016 budget. It provides a framework for a House-Senate conference committee to draw up a spending plan that should be on the Governor’s desk during the first week of June. The deal includes an additional 400 million dollars in general fund money for roads. Other issues such as Health and Human Services and K-12 education are still being worked out by lawmakers and Mr. Snyder’s staff.
