LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Teenagers looking for work this summer around Michigan will have better luck than those in the job market five years ago.
The unemployment rate for teens between 16 and 19 this summer is projected to be 17-point-three-percent, according to the state Department of Technology, Management and Budget.
The jobless rate peaked for teenagers in 2010 at 35-percent.
