ALAMO TOWNSHIP (WKZO) — A suspected drunk driver who wrecked his car at West D Ave. and North 12th Street in Alamo Township late Thursday evening spent the night in the Kalamazoo County Jail drying out after a foot-chase through the country side.
It’s not clear if he was thinking clearly or thinking at all, because they found him wandering out in the woods behind the Citgo Station near U.S. 131 and took him into custody.
As bad as he was at driving in his state, he was having even more problems navigating the woods at night.
They used a tracking dog to find him.
He is being held for driving drunk and fleeing the scene of an accident.
