The Arcadia Brewing Company’s new riverside brewery, but owner Tim Surprise didn’t have the money.
Now he says he has started the clock on a 30-day state sanctioned crowdfunding drive to raise 95-thousand.
He says if they make the goal then the State will pick up half the cost.
He says there will also be an outdoor gaming area, and raised public flowerbeds and other amenities.
