LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Governor Snyder has issued a statement saying that he will not seek the 2016 Republican Nomination for President. The Ann Arbor venture capitalist had generated some speculation about a White House run by establishing a “Super PAC” to help fund a scheduled series of national trips, and some thought that he was thinking of running during stops in Las Vegas and Washington last week. Tuesday’s Proposal 1 setback may have been the deciding factor in Mr. Snyder staying to deal with road issues.
