KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — Kalamazoo Public Safety needs your help to identify two armed robbers who walked into the Circle K convenience store at West Lovell and Oakland Drive early Wednesday morning and robbed the clerk at gunpoint.
They demanded cash from the clerk and then fired a shot into the ceiling as they were leaving, just to punctuate the event.
Both were wearing hoodies, one with the letters ‘M A M’ on the front.
The other was wearing a purple jacket over his hoodie with a black design on the back of the jacket. They fled southbound on foot.
Detectives are comparing note to determine if this robbery was perpetrated by the same theives who held up the Marathon Station on East Michigan last week.
