(KALAMAZOO MI) (WKZO) – Sam Herald, news reporter at 590 WKZO radio, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Bronson Hospital. He was 31. Sam began his radio career at WIDR, Western Michigan University’s student-run station, and had worked at WKZO for several years. Visitation will be held from noon to 2 on Wednesday, April 22nd, at the Life Story Funeral Home, 409 S. Main St., in Vicksburg. Following visitation, a graveside service will take place at the Vicksburg Cemetary. Donations in Sam’s memory may be made to WIDR.
