BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) — Battle Creek Police are investigating a fatal shotgun killing at the Arbors Apartment Complex at 50 Rambling Road.
The roommate of 18-year-old Justin William Madden says he was handling a shotgun when it accidentally discharged, mortally wounding Madden.
BCPD got the 9-1-1 call at about 11:30 Friday night and arriving officers found the victim already dead.
It remains under investigation.
