LANSING (WKZO) — They aren’t saying exactly why but Allegan County Tea Party Republican Rep. Cindy Gamrat has been booted out of the Michigan House Republican Caucus, apparently for disclosing secret party information, which was posted on facebook during an off-campus House workshop.
She says there was some sort of miscommunication, and they aren’t saying anything.
She is reportedly no longer allowed into Caucus strategy sessions.
Its not her first run-in with leadership, challenging their budget proposals and other acts of independence that apparently freshmen are not allowed to display.
Gamrat is a favorite of Party black sheep Dave Agema, and endorsed by him in her run to become the other National Committee member.
