LAWTON (WKZO) — It was an incident that rattled the quiet community of Lawton and became even more disturbing when it was discovered that Roberta and Carlin Noble were both shot to death before their home was set on fire in August of 2002.
It was only made worse when it became evident that they were killed by addicts looking for money for drugs.
Michelle Gogins and Ronald Spangler Junior are already serving life terms after their convictions, but testimony during the trial also implicated Timothy Andrews.
He has been serving time since for perjury for lying about the case but that term ends next year.
Now cold-case investigators hope they have collected enough evidence to charge 44-year-old Andrews and convict him too.
