WASILLA, ALASKA (WKZO) — The Attorney Generals office has landed one of the big fish that the State has been after for nearly 16-years.
41-year-old Jesse Pace of Clare was first ordered in 1999 to pay child support. By 2006, when he had failed to pay, a felony warrant was issued, but Pace was leading a nomadic lifestyle, jumping from state to state.
He was recently discovered living in Wasilla, Alaska in a half-million dollar home.
Alaska State Police arrested him after The A.G. issued a warrant and began extradition proceedings.
A check for over $95-thousand, the amount he owed soon arrived and the warrant was vacated.
His ex-wife is pleased.
