Two State Lawmakers Formulating “Plan B” if Proposal 1 Fails

LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Is there a legislative alternative to Proposal 1 if the statewide ballot initiative fails on May 5^th? While Governor Snyder and other lawmakers say no, House Representative Ray Franz of Onekama said in a YouTube video that he and fellow Republican Senator Pat Colbeck of Canton are working on their own alternatives. Neither legislator has disclosed what their “Plan B” would include. Many statewide polls are indicating that Proposal 1 is headed for defeat at the ballot box.
