GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO) — A West Michigan attorney is converting an old warehouse into what he calls the “Fort Knox for pot.”
Criminal lawyer Matthew Herman has transformed the building on Grand Rapids’ west side into what he believes will be the first of its type, a secure marijuana-growing center.
It would be available to caregivers who grow and offer medical marijuana to licensed patients.
The facility in an undisclosed location would offer locked, secure access, an alarm and video monitoring for growers.
They would have access to water and power and the rest would be up to them and Mother Nature.
