DETROIT (WKZO) — A Detroit mother is being charged with child abuse for now…but more serious charges are likely after autopsies are completed on her two children, who were found dead, their bodies stored in a deep freeze in a townhouse on the Motor City’s east side.
Neighbors living in the same apartment complex where the bodies of two children were found in a frozen are reacting to the discovery.
The children were missing for so long some people had forgotten their names.
They are now shocked to learn that they were there all along. The children’s mother, Michelle Blair, has reportedly confessed to killing her 11-year-old son in 2002 and 14-year-old daughter in 2003, when she discovered they had been molesting other family members.
Autopsies will be done to determine the cause of death.
