LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Michigan will get over five and a half million dollars in funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for affordable rental house and supportive services. The money will go towards “extremely-low” income persons with disabilities, and will be handled by the state Housing Development Authority, with help from the Department of Community Health in identifying eligible persons.
