KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — We Hope you remembered to set your clocks forward.
There are a couple of things to remember now that the sun is rising a hour later in the morning. Drivers need to pay extra attention and watch out for school childen.
You may also want to pace yourself on Monday or try to get in an extra hour of sleep tonight.
A study out of the University of Michigan has found that there’s a 25-percent increase in the number of heart attacks reported on the first full work day after the spring forward time change.
Doctors believe this may be due, at least in part, to the fact that people lose an hour of sleep when they switch to Daylight Saving Time.
