DETROIT (WKZO)– Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy is may issue an arrest warrant charging two Police Officers for using unnecessary force during the arrest of a carjacking suspect last month in Detroit.
A videotape of Andrew Jackson’s arrest was posted on Facebook and has been viewed more than a million times.
Jackson is accused of carjacking and robbing a 55-year-old woman at gunpoint in broad daylight on Detroit’s west side.
The woman was clearing snow off her car after placing her two young grandchildren in the back seat.
Prosecutors allege that Jackson pointed the gun at the kids and threatened to kill them if they didn’t get out of the car.
