CENTREVILLE (WKZO) — The prime suspect in the Jody Parrack Murder case has entered a no-contest plea to charges he lied about where he was and what was happening on the night that the young girl was killed and abandoned in The Constantine Village Cemetery.
Ray McCann has cut a deal and will plead to one perjury count in a exchange for having four others dropped when he is sentenced next month.
He has been held in jail for some time on the perjury charge.
Investigators say they continue to put a case together against McCann.
