MEARS (WKZO) — The Prosecutor in Oceana County has reportedly authorized a four-count felony warrant charging Matthew Krueger with first degree arson for torching a building near Mears that was used mainly to store vehicles.
The property, owned by his parents, also included a small living space where Krueger was staying last weekend.
He is currently sitting in the Ottawa County Jail charged with launching a one man, unarmed assault on the Coast Guard Station in Grand Haven.
He will be transported to Oceana County for arraignment on the Arson charges Wednesday.
