UNDATED (WHTC)- The Grand Rapids Fire Department seeks recruits for the first time in over five years. A spokesman says the department anticipates several retirements over the next few years, possibly up to ten positions opening up. More than 600 applications have been received by the department. Any interested applicants are urged to submit their resumes by the Monday, February 16th deadline.
