LANSING (WKZO) — The Michigan Department of Treasury is now processing 2014 income tax returns. The department notes over 80-percent of state residents filed their returns electronically last year, with Treasury officials noting it’s the easiest and most efficient way to submit the returns. Free e-filing is available for thousands of people based on their adjusted gross income, age, or active military status.
