MUSKEGON (WKZO) — The first driver accused of hitting 28-year-old Rory Robinson as he crossed Apple Avenue in Muskegon on Saturday has come forward. The Muskegon County Prosecutor’s Office is not releasing any details about the driver, other than to say the person stepped forward voluntarily and gave information leading police to the vehicle
Robinson was also hit by Ronna Lifer as he was laying in the street, and she is facing a charge of driving under the influence of drugs causing serious injury.
