HIGHLAND (WKZO) — A Highland father wants an Oakland County judge to prevent measles immunization shots for his four children. Attorney Daniel Bagdade represents Brian Kenny in a neglect case and says the request is groundbreaking.
Michigan Child Protective Services is attempting to terminate the parental rights of Brian and his wife Amy Kenny. Both have a history of arrests for drug crimes.
An attorney appointed to represent the children filed a motion to have the children vaccinated, but Kenny became opposed after doing his own research on inoculations.
