LANSING (WKZO) — State government is reopening after a rare snow day on Monday. Governor Rick Snyder ordered all state facilities closed in areas where there was a municipal snow emergency, and that included the capital city of Lansing. Lawmakers are also due back for normal sessions in the House and Senate through Thursday.
