ANN ARBOR (WKZO) — Six University of Michigan fraternities and sororities are now suspended by the university for thousands of dollars in damage they’re accused of causing at northern Michigan ski resorts. The Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity had previously been suspended, and the school has added Pi Kappa Alpha and Chi Psi to the list along with the Sigma Delta Tau, Delta Gamma and Alpha Phi sororities.
Over $50,000 in damage at Treetops Resort in Gaylord and another $25,000 in damage at Boyne Highlands in Harbor Springs are blamed on the Greek organizations.
