COLDWATER (WKZO) — A Coldwater man has been arrested on charges of possessing child sexually abusive material and eavesdropping.
Coldwater Police were initially tipped off that Leon Johnson had placed hidden cameras in an apartment in November of 2013 and a witness also claimed to have seen child sexually abusive material on Johnson’s computer. Police took a search warrant to Johnson’s apartment and seized his computer as evidence.
Johnson was arrested and lodged at the Branch County Jail on Saturday, but he has since posted bond and been was. A preliminary exam has been set for March 3rd.
