ST. CLAIR (WKZO) — An inmate from St. Clair County has been charged in connection with a murder-for-hire plot.
Twenty-eight-year-old Michael Still was charged with felony solicitation of murder Thursday. According to authorities, jail officials intercepted a letter from Still to a former inmate asking them to kill his ex-girlfriend.
