LANSING (WKZO) — Farmers in Michigan are anticipating the possible end of trade sanctions against Cuba by the federal government, if Congress goes along with recent policy actions taken by the Obama administration. Last Friday, the U.S. Department of Treasury enacted several policy changes, including allowing American banks to open accounts and process credit and debit transactions in Cuba.
