LOWELL (WKZO) — A single-engine plane attempting to land at Lowell City Airport went down in front of a home Monday.
The 40-year-old student-pilot suffered some injuries but is expected to be alright. He was the only person in the plane at the time, though the flight was being tracked by an instructor.
Police and the FAA are investigating how the plane went down.
