DETROIT (WKZO) — Opening day attendance at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit topped 110-thousand on Saturday. It was the highest opening day total for the show since nearly 119-thousand packed Cobo Center in 2000.
The auto show runs through Sunday in downtown Detroit, with tickets priced at seven-dollars for seniors and kids between seven and twelve, and 13-dollars for adults. Those younger than seven get in for free.
