DETROIT (WKZO) — General Motors expects bigger profits this year, after 2014 turned out better than expected. America’s number one carmaker said Wednesday that growth in its two biggest markets, the U.S. and China, will drive economic performance in 2015.
GM sold just under three-million cars and trucks in the U.S. last year. That’s 5.3-percent more than in 2013. The company spent nearly two-billion dollars on recalls and compensation last year.
