DETROIT (WKZO) — The backers of a lawsuit challenging Michigan’s ban on same sex marriage are hopeful that the U.S. Supreme Court will announce Monday morning whether or not they will be considering Michigan’s case.
Apparently it was reviewed as scheduled on Friday, but like everything else on the high court, it takes a little longer to go public.
They say an announcement could come as early as 9 a.m. A news conference with the plaintiffs in the suit would be scheduled after.
