KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — Call it the case of meth on Ice.
Acting on numerous complaints about drug dealing, The KVET Team executed a search warrant at a home in the 900 block of Stockbridge Ave.
They found the remnants of 21-one-pot meth cooks, 14 of them kept in the family freezer along with the chicken wings and the ice cube maker.
Elsewhere in the home, officers also found a rifle, marijuana, and all the materials needed to cook up more meth.
They also found a 9-year-old girl who was turned over to Child Protective services. The house was condemned because of the chemical residue from previous meth cooks.
Two women were identified as their prime suspects, and they will likely be charged with multiple drug counts once the investigation is complete.
