PAW PAW (WKZO AM/FM) — The 15-year-old former Paw Paw High School student who allegedly had obtained weapons and prepared bombs for an attack on the school has cut a deal with prosecutors.
The sophomore will plead guilty to a weapon and an explosives felony, and in exchange, 8 other charges will be dropped.
He will do a year in the juvenile home and remain on probation until his 19th birthday.
Earlier this month the courts ruled he should be tried as a juvenile and not an adult.
