JACKSON (WKZO)– Former Jackson Lumen Christi High School Priest and teacher James Rapp, who is already doing 40 years in Oklahoma for sex crimes, is facing 13 new charges for sexual abuse dating back to the 1980’s in Michigan.
Attorney General Bill Schuette announced the charges against the 75-year-old this week, after a couple of now fully grown victims came forward to allege they were abused 30 years ago.
