GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) – Sentencing is June 11th for Brian Standiford after the 49-year-old Indiana man pled guilty at federal court in Grand Rapids to one count of bank robbery, with two other counts dismissed. He is accused of holding up three bank branches in an eight-day span during early January, including the Chemical Bank in Oshtemo, the Old National Bank in Portage, and the Consumers Credit Union in South Haven.
Standiford was captured in a police chase along I-94 on January 13th after the Portage heist.
