GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) – Nonstop flights from the Gerald R. Ford International Airport to Fort Lauderdale, Florida will resume in December.
Customer demands convinced Allegiant airlines to restart the route, which was discontinued last year. There will be two flights a week between the two cities, and the airports Deputy Executive Drector Phil Johnson says Florida is the most frequently visited state from West Michigan.
Fares will start at 99-dollars for one-way tickets for a brief time.
