ANN ARBOR (WKZO) — It’s two down and one to go for the family of Schoolcraft native and University of Michigan Medical Student Paul DeWolf.
He was shot and killed as he confronted three burglars at his fraternity house in 2013.
Last fall, triggerman Dejeon Franklin was convicted of felony murder and home invasion and given life without parole
Wednesday Shaquille Jones was given 25 to 50 years after he cut a deal with prosecutors to cooperate, and pled to second degree murder.
The third suspect, Joei Jordan is on trial this week, taking his chances that a jury won’t also find him guilty of felony murder.
Testimony resumes today.
