UNDATED (WHTC) -- The state’s 2015 Fiscal year budget passed in the House of Representatives on Tuesday. The budget totals close to $50 billion. Rep. Joe Haveman says the spending plan continues to put money aside and pay down debt. He says there's money in the budget stabilization fund and he's proud of that and that paying down the debt that's "going to help our grandkids have a better state." Haveman also said people need to know that it’s a good bipartisan budget and that both sides are working well together.
