LANSING (WKZO) -- A new poll finds 64-percent of Michigan voters are in favor of increasing the state's minimum wage to $10.10 an hour. The survey by Denno Research showed Democrats and independents are in favor of the increase, while only 40-percent of Republicans like the idea. A group calling itself Raise Michigan is working to gather enough petition signatures to put the increase either before the Legislature or on the November ballot.
