ELMWOOD, PENNSYLVANIA (WKZ0) -- A man acquitted of a cold case double murder in Albion, has now been killed in a shooting in Pennsylvania.
43-year-old Thomas Paris was tried last year for the 2009 shooting death of Ryan Irwin and Henry Williams of Battle Creek during a summer basketball tourney in an Albion park.
The jury found him not guilty.
Sunday night on a street in Elmwood, Pennsylvania a man in dispute with a woman opened fire, killing Paris and wounding the woman and another man who are expected to survive.
22-year-old Jeffrey Sack Jr. has been arrested for the killing.
