KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- The suspect in a murder in Kalamazoo of another teenager, has now been bound over to stand trial.
Prosecutors say 18-year-old DeQuan Pritchett had gotten into a beef with 19-year-old Christopher Adams, who accused Pritchett of using a counterfeit 100-dollar bill to make a marijuana buy.
Police say they confronted each other on Mt. Olivet on July 23rd.
Harsh words led to gunplay and Adams was fatally wounded.
21-year-old Tyler Bishop, who police claim was present at the shooting has been charged with three counts each of attempted murder and felony firearm possession.
