ZEELAND (WKZO) -- A Brewster teenager killed in an early morning car crash last month was sober. That's the ruling by the medical examiner in Zeeland.
The town's police chief told "The Journal News" that there's no evidence that 18-year-old Steven D'Ottavio was drinking or speeding when he ran a flashing red light and was struck by another car. His 19-year-old passenger was critically injured.
D'Ottavio had been visiting a friend in Michigan at the time of the accident.
