TOKYO (WKZO) -- Governor Snyder is working to get more Japanese companies to open up in Michigan. At a conference in Tokyo as part of his trade mission to China and Japan Monday, Snyder told Japanese businesses the state is in the process of being reinvented and is more "business friendly" than ever before. He encouraged business leaders to consider Michigan due to the state's presence globally, with the auto industry being key.
