DELTON (WKZO) -- Justice for a man who terrorized four counties in Michigan for weeks last fall by taking random pot shots at people along the I-96 corridor between Lansing and Detroit.
It wasn’t until he hit a Delton man from Barry County who had tickets to a Tigers playoff game that he was captured. A bullet would penetrate the victim’s car door and end up in his posterior.
Soon after that, Raulie Casteel was identified and arrested and soon after that, it was realized he was a troubled man.
He has now pled no-contest but mentally ill to most of the charges.
He has been diagnosed with a delusional disorder.
He may still face terrorism charges in Livingston County.
