UNDATED (WKZO) -- If you want to be popular with the neighborhood kids, Snickers mini bars top the list of Halloween favorites for trick-or-treaters.
According to a new online survey from TheDailyMeal.com, Americans picked Tootsie Pops as runner-up. Bazooka and Hubba Bubba bubblegum both cracked the top ten, which was rounded out by Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Skittles, Twizzlers, Starbursts, KitKats and SweetTARTS.
Gummy candies, Almond Joy, Milky Way and classic Hershey's bars all made the top 30.
If Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, then Halloween may be the most dangerous.

Deb Carpenter with the Safe Kids Coalition says a child is twice as likely to be struck and killed by a car on October 31st, than any other day of the year. She says one reason that’s true is distractions, like smart phones. Rule one is look both ways, then look again.
