WASHINGTON (WKZO) -- Southwest Michigan Congressman Fred Upton is planning to grill Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius this week over the rollout of the healthcare.gov website. The Saint Joseph Republican chairs the House Energy and Commerce Committee and delivered the Republican weekly address over the weekend. Upton's looking for bipartisan solutions to stop the loss of insurance by people around the country whose employers are ending coverage and forcing them onto the exchange. Contractors testified before Upton's committee last week, vowing to fix the problems with the site.
