LANSING (WKZO) -- The state's largest teacher's union is facing legal complaints from the conservative Mackinac Center for Public Policy. The organization is suing on behalf of eight teachers over right-to-work, with the teachers alleging they were not allowed to pull out of the union when the law went into effect. School districts in Saginaw, Petoskey, Coopersville and Clarkston are also targets of he complaints.
